The core of the Maharishi Corporate Development Programme (MCDP) consists of five sessions, two hours daily, during which trainees learn Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation (TM) Technique. Attendance at all these five sessions is the basic requirement of participation in MCDP.

After these five days, course participants have adequate practical experience and a clear intellectual understanding of Transcendental Meditation and are already enjoying many benefits.
Optional Advanced Seminars (1.5 hours each) at no additional cost: Following the 5-day programme of instruction in Transcendental Meditation, six monthly advanced seminars (including video & colour OHP presentations) ensure that each individual-and the company as a whole-gains maximum:
